And so, after much procrastinating on my behalf, it starts...The Coffee Shop Project. My daughters and I love to drink coffee, good coffee...I guess you could call us coffee snobs. We like nothing better than to be together and drink good coffee. The icing on the proverbial cake is to eat a great breakfast with our good coffee...and therein lies our predicament. We have long been of the opinion...and let me tell you, we've debated the issue over many good, bad and ordinary cups of coffee, that it is almost impossible to find a coffee shop that not only has a great menu, but also, excellent food and, of course, great coffee. It seems that you cannot have both good food and good coffee.
Now it would be my greatest delight to have my own coffee shop and provide both good food and good coffee, and so in the name of good market research I will willingly endeavour to find the holy grail...
I live in a great city, Adelaide (South Australia) home to many, many coffee shops. My daughters, Morgan the Hipster (MTH) and Bug (token non coffee drinker) and myself will spend all our spare moments visiting these many many coffee shops and then blogging our reviews of them...our search for the perfect coffee shop.
